We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is super cute and perfectly located in a calm town just two minutes’ walk from the beach, where we enjoyed amazing sunsets. Our room was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed (shampoo, towels, fridge, TV, lots of storage). The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and kind, thank you so much for the warm treatment! We also loved the breakfasts at the hotel’s bar and had a great meal at La Tainera. A lovely family vibe throughout. They even sent back earphones my partner forgot in the room, truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent. I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was truly spacious, with plenty of room and convenient storage for all our belongings, which was much appreciated. The entire hotel has a modern yet very welcoming style. The bathroom was spotless and incredibly modern. Every time we returned, the room was perfectly clean and always smelled wonderful, which greatly enhanced the experience. It's a very peaceful place, ideal for relaxing, and the views are simply spectacular. Without a doubt, a hotel I would return to.

We chose this hotel for two days because it advertised a restaurant. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we learned that the restaurant was closed for vacation. After checking in, we ordered a beer to "settle in" and were told that the bar and the entire hotel were also closed. We were told we wouldn't be getting breakfast and should try a café 500 meters away. As a consolation prize, we were given two bottles of beer. After checking into our rooms, we had a few questions, but we were the only ones in the building. The reception and lounge were locked. There was a refrigerator in the room, but nothing else. No pitcher of water, no packet of tea, or even a bottle of water. This wasn't what we expected, and no one had informed us in the weeks prior, because we would have canceled. This is no way to treat customers. The hotel is located on the main road with a nice view of Santander. The rooms are large; we even had a spacious balcony. The bathroom lacks storage space; there would have been plenty of room for shelves. The next day around 3 pm, someone came by to clean the room, but otherwise we didn't see anyone.
