Berry Head Hotel

Way to overpriced for the sides menu for what you actually get. A very tiny bowl of chips with not fully melted cheese on top nor any cheese inside the chip layers, very dull plain boring even though it was £7.95. It aslo came to us after about 2 mins from ordering, which is too quick for something that should be fresh. It takes longer than that to actually cook chips. One or 2 members of staff behind bar was so unbelievably slow and miserable. Hot chocolate with cream marshmallows was nice but not hot. 2nd hot chocolate i actually had to ask for cream and marshmallows and again for chocolate dusting, which im sure it should of came like it in the first place. At least this one was hot. Partner loved his otter ale and the room we sat in away from diners and the berry head area itself, which means we will unfortunately be back. We are members of public. Not guest

Perfect hotel for a reasonable family stay with our dog Lola. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a delicious breakfast and dinner in the brasserie. The swimming pool & jacuzzi were great and clean. The sea views were stunning from every angle and a perfect dog walk to Berry Head from the back of the hotel. Highly recommend.

We’ve just stayed 3 nights for our wedding and cannot fault anything. The Management Team and all the staff were amazing and worked so hard to ensure our wedding day ran without any issues. The food was hot and amazing. All our guests commented how wonderful the venue, staff, food was. I have no hesitation in recommending The Berry Head hotel for your wedding venue or just a weekend away. The views are amazing. Huge thanks to you all.
