I stayed in Hotel Cristallo for 5 days in August 2025 with my family. It is really a lovely hotel with great and helpful staff. I especially want to thank Nabil in reservation desk. He was so helpful and kind and helped us with everything during our holiday in Lido. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel was in the centre, near to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Nabil who was a real supportive friend for me and my family 😊

Gave it 4 star because of a fire alarm incident during our stay, which disrupted our sleep. Not the staffs fault. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms a bit dated, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Helena was very professional and helpful. Thank you. Good value and would recommend.
