Wish I could give her 6 stars. Super friendly and welcoming. Free high quality/speed wifi. Rooms spotless. Duvets cozy. 4 pillows per double bed. Breakfasts tasty, fresh and made to order and seconds of toast & coffee, never an issue. Great coffee. Goes the extra mile, from prepping tea and coffee, to extra room care and laundry service. Will definitely return. Super reasonable rates. Knows the area and willing to help with all tourism issues. Cannot ask for better. Go Theresa and family.

We were visiting relatives who live in the area. Location great for getting into Town on direct bus route close to house. Teresa is a super host, warm and friendly. Hearty breakfast, clean room and amenities, all round excellent value for money. I will return.
