Storm in a tea cup

Noticed I never wrote a review for this place!! Me and my partner stayed here during the summer solstice weekend last year. Such a great location, couple minutes walk down to the centre where everything is. The room was clean and the owners were unbelievably nice! Small gestures like restocking our fridge with drinks and providing breakfast-y bits didn’t go unnoticed. The owner also gave us advise on where to go as it was my first time ever visiting Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!! Thank you for making our stay memorable

I can’t say enough on how welcomed we were by Jobe. Such an interesting person as well. The room was clean and the welcome beers were a nice touch. We eat vegan so we didn’t try his croissants and we weren’t expecting anything special just for us, but that’s what we woke up to! A vegan goody bag was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Location is great, just a short walk down to town. We had our 6m van and he easily accommodated us across the street on the gravel parking he owns directly across the very quiet street. Storm in a Tea Cup will be our go to lodging whenever we come to St Ives. Thank you again!

Simply fantastic. Clean, neat, pretty and great host. Some free beers & prosecco for New Year's Celebrations was a super nice touch. Close to town but be prepared for a steep short walk.
