Great view and friendly staff, but the room was too dark, lacked power sockets, no coffee or tea, and NO HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWER on the first night.

Worse hotel service I have ever met. Receptionist has very bad attitude especially the man with mustache. Promise will refill room supplies for us but we have never received. Very tiny bathroom, shower head and water don't work well at alllllll.

This hotel had an amazing view! The first thing I do in hotels is look out the windows to see what kind of view I got. This one was stunning! The accommodations were good. The hotel was affordable and it included breakfast in the morning. I would recommend staying here while in Grindelwald. Tip: Check in at the main building across the street. Tip if traveling by train: Short walk to the hotel from the train station. Take the train all the way to the last station (it’s small and in the center of the town), don’t get off at the large Grindelwald Terminal.
