The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the bar service is excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again; it's in a very quiet location and the customer service is wonderful. Plus, the prices are very affordable. I'll definitely stay here again as soon as I'm back in Narón—we had a fantastic time!

The check-in system was great. The rooms were very nice, although there were problems regulating the hot water in the shower. We booked a room with breakfast included, but neither the cafeteria nor the churro stand they partner with was open, so they gave us a picnic lunch. The intention was good, but not being able to even get a coffee... and the sliced ​​bread they served was just so-so.

We went 4 days ago. When I made the reservation, I asked for a room on the ground floor, as I'm disabled and have trouble going down stairs. Half an hour before arriving, they sent me a WhatsApp message to check in and told me the elevator was broken. And when we got there, they gave us a room on the 4th floor and said they couldn't change it, asking if I wanted to stay or leave. It was a real mess. The stairs were awful, old, with no handrail, and so narrow that our suitcases barely fit. And now, reading this, I see it had been broken for at least 3 weeks. The room was okay, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean. The bathroom was fine but very old. But I wouldn't go back there for anything.
