There was no kettle, no hairdryer, no salt, or any of the basic essentials you’d expect in a shared kitchen. The host answered the phone only once out of the five times I called. They asked me to complete check-in on my phone in the middle of a downpour, then took ages to send the address. When they finally did, it was the wrong one — a wrong door number — so I stood outside in the rain calling again, with no answer. I eventually realized it might be a different entrance to the same building, which turned out to be the case. By the time I got in, I was soaked and freezing, and the room was ice-cold with no heating, no hairdryer, and nothing to make tea or coffee. Overall, it’s far too expensive for the level of service and comfort provided. This was NOT a Calm Stay.

It's just fine as a midway stop between Padron and Santiago on the Camino :)

We booked a room with a double bed and a single, but they gave us a room with 3 singles. Their excuse didn’t make a lot of sense, and their only solutions was to let us cancel without penalty. But at 5pm and no other place booked, it didn’t seem very helpful. Weirdly, none of the photos from the listing matched where we were actually staying, which added to the weird feeling of it all.
