Fattoria di Fugnano

This classic winery had all the ambience you would expect from a fine winery. We did a wine tasting and stayed the night at one of their apartments. Mike and Amin were great hosts. We had the opportunity to meet Laura the owner. The food was incredible and the wine was amazing. The Chianti is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Staying, eating and consuming this phenomenal wine. We are even shipping their wine home. The best experience we have ever had!!!

Absolutely lovely vacation we had here with out dogs. Amazing people lovely scenery and pool just outside. We spent over two weeks here and we loved every day. A bit sad the wifi wasn't working in the house and sad it didn't have air conditioning, but we survived and it was still a good time! We also had an amazing wine tasting there and bought some of it home!

What an absolute GEM of a place. Amazingly beautiful, located just outside of San Gimignano - you have to drive a bit further from the wine production facility which makes the location of the rooms even more magical - 360 degree views of natural beauty and vineyards. We booked three rooms, two apartments and one normal room. All three were amazing, would describe them as rustic-chic with cooking facilities if necessary. Overall rooms very very clean and beautiful in each of their own ways. The manager Ilaria running the property is a STAR - she was super helpful, accommodating in every way and always contactable. Included with room rates was a free on-site wine tasting session which was probably one of the best I have done in the region - it was simple, very well explained by the hosts / staff working there and they also provided accompanying food which was a really nice touch - we did the session in English and there was 7 of us - an amazing experience. They also have a swimming pool with a lot of space for lounging, drinking wine and eating food around. Overall for the money, you just can't beat this property for everything it has to offer.
