The walk to the refuge is beautiful and evocative, immersed in a fairytale landscape. The refuge enjoys a splendid view, and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. Dishes such as polenta, stew, and desserts are all prepared according to tradition. Slow cooking, calm, and a love of good food.
