Lyme Bay House

Had a lovely stay here August 2025 for 4 night hotel was in a great location just a few minutes from the town centre. Ian and Nikki we're great the breakfast was great. The room was very nice with a sea view. It all added to a great holiday thanks. Made me feel welcome will definitely stay here next time I come to Dawlish.

My name is Linda and my partner Fred. We were in room 11 from 27th July for 3 nights. Nicky made us feel so welcome, and the room and bed was so very comfortable with a lovely view of Dawlish. We were spoilt for choice with the choices for breakfast, and very tasty it was too. She was also a very good host with a lovely sense of humour. We can't wait to come back again. Her husband Ian was very helpful too when making our booking.

Fantastic traditional B&B close to the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options. We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely stop again for a next trip to Dawlish.
