Superb location for great walks and easy access to train line. Lovely well appointed house with lots of extra touches like a good coffee machine. Superb WiFi through out, even in the out house games room. Easy to cook meals but got a welcoming pub, The Crown, 400m away. House was lovely and clean with the ability to unpack and hang clothes. Would thoroughly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews! In fact, this might just be my first ever review, but The Rowe House deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like long-lost family. The place is spotless, the layout is perfect, and the views are so good they should come with a warning about smug Instagram posts (they definitely beat pictures of people’s evening meals!). Every little detail has clearly been thought through. Comfy beds, excellent coffee, and even the Wi-Fi worked (which, out here, feels like some kind of rural miracle). There’s enough cutlery to feed a small army, and the games room is the perfect place to lock the kids away in (I mean, entertain them!). It’s the ideal base for exploring the Dales with friends and family, or for pretending you’re starring in a cosy countryside rom-com. If I could give more than five stars, I would… but apparently that’s not how Google works.

Self catering accommodation doesn’t come much better than this. A very cosy and homely house, beautifully equipped to the highest of standards. Location is great for The Yorkshire Three Peaks, but lots of lower level walks too. Within easy reach of Settle.
