Felt very welcome, The owners Terry and Lyn were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was pleased to see that there was a plug socket where the dressing table is as this often isn't the case, these details are important. It is also a fantastic location, very close to everything.

Stayed for 2 nights so that we could go on the flying scotsman. A perfect place to stay. Room was lovely and clean. And the breakfast was delicious

Always a warm welcome from Lyn. Very good breakfast, full English cooked by Terry. Very clean. Close to Bus and Steam Railway.
