Hotel Sonngastein

We spent five wonderful nights at the hotel as a group of three adults and five children, all under six years old, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The layout is perfect for families. The indoor playground, which is huge, is conveniently located just past the restaurant, allowing the kids to head off and play freely while the adults relax and enjoy their meals. The pool area is compact but offers exactly what you need, including a hot tub and a natural spring water pool. The sauna area is brand new and offers three types of saunas. Meals were truly a highlight of our stay. The menu changes daily, and every dish we tried was delicious. The service is attentive and warm, and there are plenty of activities to keep kids of all ages happily entertained.

Our stay at the Sonngastein Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the Florien & family made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm, personal approach that instantly makes you feel at home. The two standout highlights for our family were the food and the indoor playground. The dining experience was simply outstanding, the best food we’ve ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. The indoor playground was also a game-changer, allowing the kids to play happily while the adults could relax and enjoy dinner. A perfect balance of family-friendly and high-quality hospitality. We will absolutely be back one day.

the hotel was perfect! the service was outstanding! everyone doing the best they can your vacation will go as smooth ,fun and relaxed as possible. food was very good and so was the spa and children activities. thank you all for wonderful vacation! allready looking forword to come back :)
