Church Walk House

Myself and a couple of friends stayed at Church Walk House as part of a walking group to walk the Cumbria Way. The rest of the group were staying in and around Ulverston but there us no doubt we had the best accommodation. The house is very clean, comfortable, warm and so is bed/bedding with good bathrooms. Martin is the perfect host, very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He also makes the best breakfast ever and certainly looked after us. Thank you Martin !

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Church Walk House, with Martin who was a fantastic host. We stayed here the night before the start of our first day walking the Cumbria Way, and it was the perfect start! We all said this was the best breakfast of all the places we stayed along the way. A wonderful B&B to spend our night ahead of our Cumbria Way walk. A lovely room and bathroom. Martin is so friendly and welcoming - he even picked us up from the train station as our train had been delayed. The morning of our first day on The Cumbria Way was set up finely with a really good English breakfast and pleasant conversation with our excellent host Martin. Thank you
