I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The landlady was consistently unfriendly and, at times, outright rude. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming throughout. While the room itself was adequate, the unprofessional and cold behavior of the host overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or pleasant stay. Hospitality should be about making guests feel at home—sadly, that was far from the case here. Even though we had a very long hike ahead of us we could not have breakfast before 8am - unfortunately no fruits for breakfast either.

Unfriendly staff, food, location, nothing is like in the description. From the start they were arogant, as we took the tent option, which by the way is not cheap at all! and choose it for nature and pool. “Nature” is their backyard, pool is dirty, unusable as for the terrace, they said we can stay only when eating. Even if we don’t smoke and we were outside, the lady came to check the accomodation and remind not to smoke (me and my child that obviousely was unsmoker). We asked to warm water and they put some in a coffee pot, unwashed, with coffee smell and traces. And afterwards they said that for two cups of brown water they charge 5.8 €, unusual for any accomodation. And to pay instantly, not at check out as usual. Maybe they treat foreigners like this, but the list could continue. Pictures will speak for the rest. A tip, if you still go there, try to stick at the packed food from the breakfast, is better. But I would definitely not come back. Answer to the so called “staff” that is in reality 2 people (a man and his wife): You should treat your customers with respect if you want them to stay more than one night or come back. Your reply is a good joke as I stated from the beginning I would not come back or recommend to someone on my travel blog to come in your house/ so called hotel. Sand in the pool could not come from guests as no one used it, and the picture was taken in the morning. There was no cleaning device either. We received the pot of water with coffee traces. We haven’t used any coffee and the man that calls himself “staff” (only one around) could know that as in the morning we told him that we don’t drink coffee - me or my child- it is only a lame and mean excuse when the reality is simple: you used a dirty device and asked for money for nothing.) We left the room clean, linen packed - the “dirt” left behind is another lie, and it is a pity you act like this when your business is involved. And the spiders from bathroom, dirty and heavily used and broken objects, walls with some of the plaster craked and falling off, were just like this on arrival and were clearly like this before! A tip for you: 1. Instead writing lies as replies and talking about coffee we never had, placed “dirt” when you know we left it all neat, menus with drinks we never ordered or talks we never adressed to an invisible team as the only persons were a grumpy old man and his wife that mistreated us from the start, maybe you should start treating your customers with respect and not look for any excuse to rip them off. 2. Clean the bathroom, paint the fallen walls and get rid of the spiders. 3. Don’t use false advertising with a dirty pool, unusable from start, that you don’t even let the guests use. Or at least clean it and invite customers with a nice smile to use it. When we pay 80€ for a night in a tent the least you could do is be hospitable. Not to ask another 6€ for a dirty boiled water. I tried to be nice and not talk about the pressing atmosphere, flies running over all the food but your reply asked for a more detailed answer. 4. Clean your yard! if you ask for money and receive customers in it. As I said after this experience I would never come back, a night was more than enough! But maybe another lost customers using your facility, after this highlights will get better conditions.

An unpleasant travel experience, to be avoided, especially in holiday. Overpriced considering price-quality balance, some of the facilities (bathroom, pool) need to be restored and cleaned in order to provide proper and safe usage, owners (a family) are unfriendly and inhospitable. Be aware extracosts and better do not ask question about facilities paid -that should be included- as is hard to communicate with them and seem to be disturbed of any customer request. I sincerely do not recommend this place.
