Hôtel Les Costans, The Originals Relais

A jewel of a hotel whose management could definitely improve! Wonderful location, an extremely elegant but tiny room (ours was a triple, yet it barely fit 2 people), with the toilet door literally next to the pillow of the bed. No courtesy products, the shower water was just lukewarm, and the breakfast poor and meagre… I would be ashamed to charge over €200 per night. How difficult would it be to offer a slightly more generous service and let guests leave with a feeling of excitement instead of disappointment

Really friendly hotel with exceptional personal service and much care taken to make sure guests are comfortable. Wonderful tapas and excellent breakfast. Stunning view and very convenient location. A very special stay and we would love to come back.

Fantastic staff on hand to assist when first arrive. Everything is covered at booking in. Rooms clean and large bathroom is great. A fan in the room or a option to add would be a bonus with the hotter days these days. Bar drinks and tapas perfect way to finish the day. Once again friendly staff make the place, thank you.
