Taylorhill Bed & Breakfast

A great place to stay on Harris. 5 minutes from the ferry terminal and very handy for the stunning Luskentyre, Seilebost and Scarista beaches. Shona is a really welcoming, friendly and accomodating host and her breakfasts were amazing. Our room, whilst smallish, was immaculately clean as was the whole property. Try the Isle of Harris Brewery in Leverburgh for a great pint and excellent food and the modern Talla Na Mara community cafe and gift shop on the way to Luskentyre. Cannot recommend Taylor Hill highly enough for your stay on Harris.

We stayed with Shona for two nights. Breakfast was fabulous, rooms were spotless and Shona was a delight. Beautiful views from the property too.

Shona was a warm and wonderful hostess. Her B&B was the tops. Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Our ensuite was very modern with the best of toiletries. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent and her oatcakes were the best we’ve eaten. Wonderful stay!
