My intention in booking was simply to have a quiet night and wake up rested, but the experience was far from that. The main problem was the mattress: more than a bed, it felt like a pit. When I lay down, I sank into the middle with no possibility of moving comfortably. The sensation was similar to trying to sleep on soft ground after several days of rain. I woke up several times during the night, with a sore back and unable to find a comfortable position. Honestly, if I had known what the mattress was like, I would have preferred to sleep in the car. At least there, although uncomfortable, you don't feel like you're being swallowed whole... As for the rest, the staff was friendly and the room was fine. However, when the essential thing—rest—fails, everything else becomes unimportant. You pay to be able to sleep, and what I got was an uncomfortable night that didn't meet expectations.
