I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, back when it operated under a different name, and I had a very positive experience. The style of the hotel, combined with everything being new and functioning well, made it a pleasant stay. However, during my recent 2‑night stay this week, I was quite disappointed. The main issue was the cleaning service, which significantly affected the overall guest experience. It’s unfortunate because the rooms and location are very convenient, but the lack of proper cleaning standards undermines the hotel’s potential. Given that the hotel already uses digital systems for access, doors, and keys, it might be worth considering extending that digital approach to housekeeping operations as well. Implementing a simple digital tool to track, record, and confirm room cleaning could greatly improve service consistency and accountability. I would even be happy to offer guidance if needed, because it’s a pity to see a well‑designed property risk deterioration due to avoidable service issues. I hope this feedback helps, as the hotel truly has strong potential with the right operational improvements.

Great experience in Vevey, recommended for those who seek freedom and easiness of booking while travelling. Would recommend to collaborate more with the restaurant at ground floor (KyméM à Venise) and deliver the breakfast to them instead of leaving the bag in front of the door. The food is great and the chef cooks very wells

The Aparthotel is very good. I was in the before named Base Vevey (Today Nonanteneuf). The Room was very comfortable and clean. I had payed for breakfast for my week-end stay. I got the breakfast only on Saturday and I was waiting for it a long time on Sunday and I tried to contact t’he Nonanteneuf Service and no one answered me in the morning.
