Merlewood Hotel

A lovely hotel. My single room was clean + well equipped. The bed was comfy. Lovely en-suite. It also had a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful + delicious. The full English was hot + not at all.greasy. I used the swimming pool both mornings, before breakfast. All in all a great start to the day. The staff were all friendly + helpful. I'd love to stay here again.

My friend and I recently stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It's easy to find, plenty of parking, staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I'm fussy about my showers and was definitely impressed with theirs! The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. I would happily recommend this hotel. We have already booked our next stay.

Lovely little hotel on the hill. Overlooking the bay. Staff were nice and easy check in. Reasonable price for what it is. Room is basic but clean, bathroom spacious. You get what you pay for. Would return
