The place is ok but it is highly overpriced. Main positive point is the location. Very small and rudimentary undecorated rooms, no shades on the ground floor, must close the curtains if you don’t want to exhibit your naked self. Very average bedding, mattress much too soft. Sharing conversation with your neighbour is not an option, there is no sound insulation. All that for around 150€… for half that price I would rate it 4/5 and say how cool it is. But this is really too much.

Lovely hostel. Self catering with a large kitchen. A large fridge is also in the kitchen and space to eat. Our room was clean and seemingly newly decorated. There is no reception and when we called the owner she was quick to answer.

Service and romance. Expensive as the rest of Strømstad is for accommodation. This place is better than a hotel in the summer. Because it has a fantastic back garden, with a large built-in terrace. I can imagine how beautiful and lively it will be in the summer. I am considering a date this summer.
