Hotel Babot

I had a lovely stay at Abba Ordino Babot Hotel and would happily recommend it. The views are absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful snowy mountains, which makes the location feel peaceful and special. The rooms are decent, especially considering the price paid — great value overall. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection to start the day, and it was made even better by the service. Gloria at reception was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Natalia at breakfast was equally amazing — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made every morning start on a positive note. Between the breathtaking views, good value rooms, good breakfast, and outstanding staff, this hotel was a delightful experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was staying with my husband and we have been treated amazingly here! the staff is very nice and polite, every interaction with various workers was a delight, they are so sincere and always there to help you with anything! Moreover, they have various options for relaxation such as sauna and spa! Located only 20 minutes away from the ski resort where we were going, so the location is great and views from the rooms are wonderful :) I definitely recommend this hotel for staying, as we were super satisfied 😊 If important to anyone they also have great spacious parking 🅿️

WARNING! Bait and Switch Practices & Dishonest Management - Ongoing case with the Andorran Consumer Protection Bureau Do not be fooled by the photos or the room descriptions. This hotel engages in blatant Bait and Switch tactics and will move the goalposts the moment you try to hold them accountable. I booked a room specifically for the private balcony, bathtub, and mountain/pool view. Upon arrival, I was downgraded to an accessibility room with no balcony, no tub, and a view of a parking lot. On my first night (Feb 14th), staff told me the hotel was full and a change was impossible. However, in their later formal response, management admitted the hotel was NOT full that night and they "could have arranged a change." This proves they chose to leave me in a downgraded room despite having the space. I contacted both the front desk and my booking agency (Trip.com) immediately. The hotel claims they have "no record" of calls or requests until days later, this claim is easily refuted by my timestamped chat logs and call history. Despite this they continue to lie in the ongoing case with the Andorran consumer protection bureau. They blamed "holidays" and "headquarters being closed" for their failure to communicate. A 3-star establishment should have a direct line between their own front desk and management. Most infuriatingly, after ruining 66% of my trip and providing inconsistent information, they offered a meager 15% discount on a future stay and spa access. If you value your money and expect to actually receive the room category you paid for, stay elsewhere. I have had to file a formal complaint with the Andorran Consumer Protection Bureau to seek a refund for this fraudulent experience. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
