OMG. This is most horrible phone call I just had. Travelling for 3 hours we decided to stop at B&B. I realize is after midnight but is it not what those places are for? So the receptionist just said to me Do you realize want time it is? Of course we do not have any rooms what so ever. Rude and unprofessional - would never stay here!
