If you’re choosing between the various guesthouses belonging to the Experience Transylvania charity then don’t hesitate to pick this one. Mihaela is a lovely person and a wonderful cook. We had breakfast and dinner every day and can’t recommend the food and service more. The Saxon house is just as in the photos. The sheets smell good and everything is clean and fresh. As you fall asleep you feel as if you’ve been transported back in time! Mihaela arranged a horse drawn trek through the hills for us where we bought cherries from a small organic cherry plantation and took in beautiful views of the village. Unforgettable.

Very nice place, nice people, a lot of stories. We were alone during night in Manor and felt like old time Contes. Breakfast was very good, simple, made with care. Highly recommended!

Big beautiful yard with fruit trees, one big 3 bedrooms house and a smaller one with 2 bedrooms. perfect for small groups of up to 8 people. There are also extra smaller beds and sofas for children The housekeeper, Mihaela, is friendly, helpful and a great cook
