Guesthouse Besimi

I was in this guesthouse with my sibblings for around a week. The first thing that caught my eye was the positioning of it - the nature of the area is visible in all directions, starting from the clusters of trees, the nearby picturesque mountains and of course the Valbona river. The guesthouse's hospitality was excellent! First off, English is spoken. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they did not hesitate to answer any questions we had about the area or the guesthouse itself. The interior of the guesthouse was very appealing, with traditional Albanian details. The rooms were nice and tidy, great after long hike around the area. By far, what I liked the most was the food. Traditional albanian delicacies whose names I couldn't quite remember, but they were extremely tasty! Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded my expectations and I will likely visit this place again. Highly recommended!

This was a great place. I had a stay of 10 days and I have to say the experience was amazing. The view was great, the food was extremely tasty and the guesthouse's owners were very friendly. Something that was different from other guesthouses was that the owners spoke English and they provided free parking for my car. Great hospitality, great service! I will come again!

Wonderful Guesthouse in one of the most beautiful places of Albania. The family who owns and runs this place is extremely welcoming and helpful to all of our strange requests and questions! Clean, warm, delicious food! There is also possibility to hire a local guide, horses etc just ask. English spoken. You will not be disappointed.
