Spent 4 nights in Boscastle House in late Sept 2025. Had the best time and made very welcome by Dawn & Gavin who were excellent hosts. The room was superb and very nicely furnished. The breakfast choices were really good and were made to a very high standard with great attention to detail, better than most hotels. Location was great for walking into Boscastle and for easy driving to a lot of the most popular places to visit. I cannot recommend Boscastle House highly enough and I WILL be going back. Thanks Dawn & Gavin

This was a perfect stay for us while visiting the Cornwall coast. Dawn and Gavin are great hosts. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Ample parking for guests. Gavin is an absolutely amazing cook. His breakfast was some of the most delicious we had ever had. We especially loved the adventure Gavin gave us in his Defender. If you are visiting Boscastle, this is your stay.

Our room was lovely, quiet seabreezes with views of the beautiful countryside. Short walk to the Coastal Path and all the beauty Cornwall has to offer. Dawn and Gavin were excellent hosts and we enjoyed our stay.
