Premier Inn Inverness West hotel

Stayed in Premier plus room- really is so much better than standard room. Mini fridge, coffee maker, better furniture etc. We took advantage of winter deals so room plus 2 full breakfasts fantastic value at £41 for night. Nice and clean. Breakfast was ok- could have been hotter but good selection. Fab that breakfast served till 10.30am and checkout by 12 noon. 30mins walk to Inverness city centre

We stayed over a weekend with our two kids (5 & 7) the room was well appointed with everything we needed. My son spilled water on the duvet which they replaced promptly. We also had an issue with the sink plug which again was sorted straight away. Very friendly staff, always willing to help with a smile. Breakfasts were excellent with loads of options both hold and cold. Perfect base for exploring Inverness.

Arrived for 2 nights and the room could have been better. The kettle was filthy in and around the spout and one of our towels had what appeared to be fresh blood on it. The cooked breakfast was cold and looked like it had been sat out for hours. The dining area was filthy with food on the floor from last nights service and we had to ask for juices etc to be refilled. Staff were friendly enough however few and far between and seen smoking with the door open near the restaurant which could be smelt in the reception area. We would expect better in a Premier Inn.
