Casas da Ladeia

A wonderful place to make many happy memories. Everything you need is already there. Beautiful setting over looking the forest yet only 5 mins walk into the very friendly village of Alvorge. There is a bakery, mini market, butcher, cafes and a beautiful restaurant in an olive press. Nothing is too much trouble for Nuno the owner to make your stay memorable. Casa da Ladeia has stolen our hearts.

The place is very beautiful, very in touch with nature and modernly decorated. The space is shared between two houses and they connect through the enormous front yard if you even can call it that. Neighbors are very quiet, you have a really nice restaurant nearby, and also a small cafe with very polite staff. The house itself are missing a few commodities but the owner is such a friend guy and promptly solved any issue and also took note of any suggestions. He has big plans for the property and sure enough I think it's a place to be revisited. The only real downside is the WiFi sometimes isn't reliable and might make remote work challenging if many people are using it. I highly recommend it.

Lovely house! Very clean, organized and equipped. The host who lives across the street is super nice and friendly. Great peace and quiet area in the forest. Recommended!
