Hotel Palación de Toñanes

The hotel is good. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We got a room upgrade because we were too big to fit in the low attic room we first had. The host is very friendly. The garden is huge and the view is nice. There are a lot of animals. We weren't that impressed by the restaurant. The breakfast is fantastic (not a single complaint), but the dinner was bad. I ordered a steak with fries. The steak was almost raw and the fries were not well fried. The food is too simple and not good. Also the lady that served our dinner was not that friendly.

Absolutely splendid. The rooms facing the pool are large and well maintained. The service is excellent and the facilities (including free bikes) perfect for a couple of day’s relax. They have a good restaurant and very good coffee. Highly recommended.

Photos were way better than actual, do not be fooled. We weren’t given the rooms we specifically requested for months in advance, hotel wasn’t even full when we arrived. Was expensive for what it was worth, no value for money there.
