This was by far the most unfriendly and unwelcoming camping experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the staff was more focused on handing out fines than on hospitality. They charge penalties for things as trivial as arriving half an hour before check-in time and for slightly misparking the car. On top of that, the pricing is very misleading. There are hidden fees for practically everything: you’re forced to pay for electricity even if you don’t use it, just because you could theoretically use outlets in the sanitary building. If your tent is slightly bigger than a set size, you pay extra. If you add an awning, you pay extra again. It feels like they are trying to squeeze money out of guests at every possible opportunity. And for what? The facilities are in terrible condition. The sanitary building was filthy and clearly not maintained at all. During the three days we stayed, it was never cleaned. The showers had black mold, and the toilets were so disgusting that you avoided using them unless absolutely necessary. For such high prices, you would expect at least basic cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere – but this campsite delivers neither. We will definitely never return and strongly recommend others to avoid it.

Facilities were clean and free to use. You can arrive at any time then check-in and pay the next morning. You can pay with card so no need to worry about having the local currency like you do for other campsites in the area. Staff were polite

They made me pay more than what we agreed upon after I had already stayed the night. Towards the end of a long hike, I called the place, a lady at the reception - I believe her name is Esther - told me that I can pitch my small tent for 20 francs. I confirmed it was 20 francs three times with her. She said I can arrive late and pay the following morning. I arrived late and put my tent next to another tent. I got to the reception the following morning to pay 20 francs and the woman there told me I needed to pay more money because I pitched my tent in a location for bigger tents. No one told me this once, it was explained to me only after I slept the night. The woman immediately threatened to call the police if I don’t pay. Very uncomfortable feeling, staff is unfriendly, impatient, not understanding, and they lack the care or want to explain things properly beforehand. I don’t recommend this place. Maybe if you come during proper reception hours, make sure there’s no hidden fees before, and pay before you stay then it could work fine - but my experience was horrible. —— Other things - There are no places to charge your devices other than the showers which is inconvenient but works. Bathrooms and showers are nice and there are flat grassy places to put your tent. Lots of families.
