After booking, we were informed that at least six dogs roam freely, both inside and outside. Unfortunately, my wife has a severe fear of dogs, making it unthinkable for her to stay there. We politely requested a cancellation immediately after receiving this information but haven't received any further response. This information should be included in the description! The date of our stay has now passed, and we will likely have to take legal action to get our money back. This is extremely frustrating and something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

We booked through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the words, "What are you doing here already?" The accommodation had been paid for in advance. The owner overlooked the reservation and subsequently became so rude that he told us to get off his property. We have not yet received a refund.

Best accommodation for our holiday budget! Excellent value for money. Arrive and feel at home! Large free parking lot, free Wi-Fi. We had a newly renovated double room with a large flat-screen TV. Our double room was very tastefully furnished, with super comfortable mattresses, a lovely balcony with garden furniture, a great view, and a very quiet location. A refrigerator and microwave were also provided. Mrs. Unterlerchner is a very charming hostess, and her husband, Heimo Unterlerchner, is also very nice and always helpful! Everything was very clean in and around the house. The room was very spacious with a bathtub and separate toilet, all with windows and very clean. The wonderful garden view was a true delight. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The location is excellent, very central, and just a few steps away from swimming in beautiful Lake Millstatt. We would love to come back! ♡
