Outstanding location. Staff is very friendly and sociable. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You may need to roll down the storm shutters for total privacy since the windows curtains do not totally cover the windows. Restaurant is comfortable with a great view if you sit outside. It is covered and enclosed, so if it rains or is cold (during the winter), you can still enjoy the view. *NOTE - everything is done from the restaurant. You need to go there to checkout or in if no one is at the desk.

Probably one of the best hotels in Luarca, nice modern interiors, comfortable rooms and nicely refurbished too. Bang in the centre of the city and close to bars, restaurants, though not many options around in general. Hotel doesn't have in-house dining options, but adjacent restaurant serves yummy food...if you love seafood, you won't run out of options. Great stay.

Solid place, no frills. Right on the harbour, nice atmosphere and the food hit the spot - I had the fish soup & seafood peppers. Would go back if I ever got dragged back to Luarca..
