Although we were unfortunately unable to stay as planned, the hotel team handled our cancellation with great professionalism and courtesy. Communication was clear, respectful, and efficient, and the approach was fair and considerate. The professionalism of the management left a very positive impression. Based on this experience alone, we would be very happy to book again in the future and can confidently recommend the hotel.

It’s been a little while since my husband and I stayed at Hotel Schloss Mittersill, but we can’t stop talking about/comparing every place to here. Pros: -amazing breakfast (best in Europe and friendliest staff) -beautiful grounds and pool -relaxing! -stunning room Cons: -very small town with not much to do. However with a hotel this beautiful, that was quite okay. We had such a relaxing time here and it was perfect for a weekend away.

Giving this place a 4.7 feels like a crime. The castle is rich in history, the meals are very well curated. The views are out of this world and dont even get me started on the staff, they are all super professional and very kind.
