What a beautiful place Lynmouth is, we had a lovely weekend staying at this wonderful hotel, Sarah and Cathryn were fantastic hosts and no request is too much, our breakfasts were perfect and very tasty and both are chatty and very friendly, we would heartily recommend staying here. Our room was nice and quiet and faced the sea front, Lynmouth itself is a very pretty village and the local pub The Barque serves great food.

I have just returned from a very enjoyable 3 night stay at this lovely hotel in Lynmouth. This was my second visit and it certainly will not be my last, a very warm welcome on a very cold day. A solo traveller, my room was spacious with a lovely sea view. Breakfasts, which are pre-ordered, are delicious and plentiful. I had dinner here on the Saturday evening of my visit; again pre-ordered and again delicious and plentiful. Sarah and Cathryn are wonderful hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble. A cosy and comforting bolt hole at any time of the year I'm sure. As others have mentioned there are a few steps to negotiate. The hotel enjoys a good location overlooking the lovely town of Lynmouth. There is car parking nearby. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit..just a weekend break. The room was perfect we had the deluxe suite ...very comfortable..lovely room absolutely immaculate the room was perfect couldn't fault anything...Breakfast was delicious .Had an excellent meal in Their Bay View Restaurant...that was absolutely delicious.Booked for a weekend break next year ! Cathryn & Sarah were perfect host made our stay very enjoyable. Diana & Andy
