Bracarina House

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and hospitable with kind, generous touches like biscuits, tea, and fresh milk. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and our vegetarian requests were well accommodated. There is a shop, literally called shop, just around the corner 1 min walk if you are hiking the great Glenn way and need food. There is also a beautiful river, waterfall, and old stone bridge in town worth hiking to. We also enjoyed the craft clog store right past the shop which is right on the path to the great Glenn way. We would recommend and would stay again.

This place is deserving of a 5 star rating. We stayed here whilst walking the Great Glen Way and didn’t want to leave. The bnb is perfectly situated by walking routes a local pub. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and relaxed, Nikky cooked a delicious dinner and breakfast fuelling us for the walk ahead!Our room was spotlessly clean with the most comfortable and wide bed. Our room looked out onto their beautiful garden where we were lucky to watch red squirrels, birds and rabbits. Thank you for a perfect stay, we hope to be back soon.

This was an outstanding stay, booked by our travel tour company for us. Beautiful big room, great private bath, pretty back garden view. Such kind hospitality, we took them up on dinner as well as breakfast. Generous portions, nice conversation. Their bootroom was a great idea to dry and warm our wet hiking things.
