Valley Hostel

Perfect place for a short stay. Very clean, convenient and comfortable. We booked room for 2 with bunk beds which was very nice. There're also shared kitchen, dining area, drying room and washing room. The best thing is the wonderful view from the balcony.

I really loved my stay at Valley Hostel and would love to go back there again someday. Such a warm and affordable place in Lauterbrunnen! It’s just a short walk from the main station and very close to Staubbach Falls, the famous church, and other popular photo spots. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean with no issues at all. The kitchen is fully equipped, but when they say it closes at 10 p.m., they really mean it. I tried to cook a bit after 10 and the stove actually turned off. The room was very warm. Even though it was really cold outside on the balcony, inside it was nice and cozy. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. I requested a room with a view of Staubbach Falls in advance, and they truly granted my wish. The view was perfect. When I woke up in the morning and saw the breathtaking scenery from my balcony, I almost cried happy tears. Absolutely amazing experience!

Value for money accommodation. Near the station with a great view of the waterfall. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. They have washing and drying facilities for laundry and costs 5 fracs each. Avoid the breakfast. For 8 CHF it's not worth it. Better to cook your own or buy something at the near by COOP.
