Agriturismo Lo Sabot

A lovely, authentic farm stay in a pretty wooden building, right behind the town hall. Perfect staging post for multi-day hikes in the Aosta Valley. Breakfast was generous, with proper coffee and milk, butter and yoghurt from the cows. Sheets smelt beautifully clean and the shower was hot. Ottilia is a lovely host. The only thing I'd say is it was a bit cold when we arrived and could have done with a blast of heating, but fine under the blankets when in bed.

We stayed there a few nights last week. A very simple but authentic structure in the center of Rhêmes. Our room was on the first floor, basic, with a wooden balcony, and very clean. The bathroom had a shower. Mrs. Ottilia is kind and discreet. For breakfast, they serve their own products: milk, yogurt, butter, jams, as well as biscuits, bread, and toast. Towels are provided, but not shower gel or similar.

We stayed at this Agriturismo for a week and had a wonderful time. The room was cozy and rustic, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast included delicious products, including the milk from their beautiful cows, from which they also make excellent butter and yogurt. Ottilia is a friendly and welcoming host, and her husband, besides being friendly, had the patience to answer all our questions when we visited the stables and watched the milking. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.
