Emperor's Rock Caravan Park

Great experience but very poorly equipped accommodation (huts) - no shelves, moldy mattresses. Just a small improvement would make a huge difference. Absolutely stunning location, woods, rocks, foraging.. Restaurant could also offer broader variety of food.

We stayed in a Hut in the camping ground. It was rustic, but cozy. The shared toilets/showers have always warm water and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The restaurant was amazing, the food was really good and the prices were fair to cheap. Everyone working here is polite and friendly. Nearby area is great for hikes and climbing. Will totally come back again.

My wife and I stayed here with some friends for a few days to go hiking and just chill. The area is very lovely with all sorts of things to do, from hiking and swimming, to slack lining and climbing and bouldering. The attached/nearby restaurant is pretty good if you don't have the means to cook for yourself. The wash station is pretty basic, but it does the job. The staff and locals were all very friendly, laid back people. It was hard to leave. I hope to be back.
