Camping "Jūrasdzeņi"

Wonderful camping, owners are really nice, friendly, hardworking and look after the place so well, you can notice facilities are very clean, shower area feels like SPA, grass trees and flowers maintained around premises. Tables, fire pits, kitchens, even wonderful playground for kids is there. Spent some wonderful days by the seaside, just few meters away, would definitely come back again and bring friends along. A truly convenient campsite – for the third year in a row we’ve been coming specifically to this place to camp in the tent area (there is also a camper area and rental cabins). Located right by the seaside, with a well-maintained environment, showers, toilets, several outdoor kitchens, a children’s playground, tables and fire pits – you can even arrange to have electricity directly to your tent! (you just need to bring your own extension cord). The campsite does not rent out space for parties and music is not allowed, so it’s really peaceful. All the information is clearly provided on their website, and there’s even a calculator to estimate how much your stay will cost. Highly recommended.

A lovely campsite with a playground and close to the beach. There are pitches direct near the beach, but you do need to make a reservation for those. That is not necessary for the other pitches (those also have more space and less wind). We paid €40 per night for a campervan, two adults, two kids, and two dogs. The restrooms are fine, but showers cost 50 cents per minute. Lovely camping, we recommend it!
