Even though I only stayed one night, I have to say that it was a very pleasant stay. The property is new, clean, and above all warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, within easy reach of Viterbo, Orvieto, Bolsena, and Civita di Bagnoreggio. Fabrizio is friendly and kind, I recommend it.

Truly a fantastic weekend!!! The apartment is centrally located and within minutes of all the best spots in Montefiascone. The owner was nothing short of exceptional, extremely helpful with every need. The apartment is perfect and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights at this property, located in the historic center in a quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation was spacious and well-organized, comfortable, and very clean. Free parking was nearby, right under the Rocca dei Papi. Fabrizio was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.
