HF Holidays Newfield Hall

Beautiful house, well decorated and upkept. Lovely, efficient staff. Food was great. This is an HF house which means that it is based around walking or other activity holidays. You are expected to mix and enjoy each other's company.

Lovely setting in the Yorkshire Dales. Good choice of food including a pack up to take out onto the hills.

Comfortable HF hotel in beautiful surroundings and on the route of the pennine way. 20 mins by taxi from skipton Station. 10 minsby car from malham cove. Plenty of parking. Rooms comfortable. Good shower, nice and powerful. Helpful kind staff. Dining room accommodated everyone at once, everyone ate together. Bar with some local beers/ gins. Range of choices for cooked breakfast as well as cereals/ fruit/ toast/ croissants etc. Good dinner choices Inc vegetarian every day. Comfortable sitting room. Small library with walks/ maps for local area as well as some straight from hotel. Some internet sites still mention it but, for the avoidance of doubt, as with some other HF hotels, there is no longer a swimming pool here.
