Very good place and a very good view. The service is very good with kind staff. The Spa and Pool are amazing: Outdoor pool and indoor pool + whirlpool. However the food during the weekend wasn't that good as the rest of the week. Unironically as if the chef was taking a break :D. The hotel room that I stayed in was very weirdly placed ; the other Double bed was separated by a small wall which blocked the TV and there wasn't enough place for 4 suitcases and a couple bags. In general, 4 stars because the price doesn't quite fit with the stuff provided.

Superb hotel. 2 min walk from ski slopes. Great 4-5 course dinner included and quality breakfast (even cakes in the afternoon). Facilities including the spa and games room were also excellent - and underground car park a bonus. Although we had two room and one of them needed a decent update despite being presented as an upgrade - so check what you are offered. The main point of difference for me was the outstanding staff - they really made the stay a pleasure. It is expensive (kind of place that charges €4 for tap water) but quality of hotel, staff and location makes it feel just about value for money.

My partner and I stayed just for one night, but it was a lovely experience. The location is absolutely fantastic right in the heart of the Alps. The service was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially the bartender from Croatia — thank you for the warm hospitality! Our room was very modern, and the bathroom really stood out the shower was excellent, truly one of the highlights. We also received the Summer Card, which was a great bonus and gave us access to several local attractions and transport options a really nice touch. The hotel also had a great wine selection, which we really appreciated. As for the wellness area, the textile-free sauna was a bit disappointing it looked a little worn-out, and the loungers weren’t very comfortable. It felt like that part of the spa had seen better days. There were two saunas: one for guests wearing swimwear and one textile-free. We, of course, used the textile-free one. Unfortunately, not everyone respected the rules a few guests entered the textile-free sauna still wearing swimsuits, even though there was a clearly marked area for that. It would be great if guests followed the guidelines out of respect for others. Overall, though, the hotel had a lovely Alpine charm, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
