I booked this property for my niece's graduation. Coming from Tuscany, I decided to book a day early. What can I say... a beautiful view, and very kind owners. The apartments were spotless and the service excellent. We found water, milk, coffee, biscuits, and pastries for breakfast, and the location was excellent. Very close to my niece's college. If I ever need accommodation in Viterbo, I won't hesitate to call you again. Thank you for everything.

The B&B is charming and looks newly built because everything—inside and out—is new, clean, and well-maintained. It has a large private garden/parking area. It's very close to the Terme dei Papi (Thermal Baths of the Popes), just a few minutes from the center of Viterbo, and close to the ring road (you can hear the noise of traffic). The owner is very kind and helpful. The new and clean double bedroom has double blankets, four pillows, and clean and new bed and bath linens. There's a kitchen (with a coffee pod machine) and a TV. Air conditioning (heat/cold). Notes: • The mattress is extremely hard (and I've had it hard at home!) • All four pillows are high. • The windows don't really have blackout (not ideal for those who like total darkness). • The walls are thin, so there was someone walking around above us, moving things around, and it felt like they were inside the house with us.

We were there because booking.com showed one room was still available. We wanted to see the location of the accommodation for ourselves (right next to the highway). We then called the landlord, but he didn't answer. Meanwhile, a friend of the landlord came by and called him from his phone. When the friend handed me the phone to speak to the landlord, he said he was fully booked and completely ignored the fact that booking.com showed one room available. Very poor service.
