Gite Tomperetchenea

Hikers beware - there is no Gîte at this point. It's just a regular farm building with no accommodation options at all. This is either incredibly outdated information or just a plain wrong address, but in any case all you find here is an old Basque couple who are nice, but give you wrong directions.

We recommend this gîte in Bidarray at the foot of the mountain, very well located for visiting the Basque Country, near Espelette in Spain and the ocean. The owners are lovely and helpful and the gîte is very well laid out and very comfortable.
