This a place is awful. It’s been three hours on a Sunday night and it’s not midnight. I can’t sleep with the noise from room’s either side and the stench of cigarette smoke entering my room is unbearable. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed and it’s 97 CHF.

Receptionist is on zoom, service is very slow, hair dryer was broken and we had to tape it for it to stop turning on.

The hostess was absolutely awesome! She was extremely accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make our stay superb. I highly recommend this place!
