Albergue Turístico Playa de Berria

Just came to a reception exhausted after my daily camino (in the check-in time), saw no one, was asking for assistance for twenty minutes, didn’t receive any attention. Had to walk away because of this attitude.

Nice people, clean room and bathroom. Some broken things… maybe a bit expensive for what it is. But great location !

These reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, but I can't think of any other way to make people understand that this is a particularly beautiful place managed by one person (the only one I've spoken to on the phone) who is completely incompetent and incapable of resolving the problem (if you can even call it that) of providing us with availability for four specific days in August, as well as room options and their corresponding rates. She claims to be overwhelmed, and we've been waiting for over 10 days, contacting her from different phone numbers via WhatsApp, since she says that's the only way to book, and that's what we've done. No response. I wish someone with more experience would take charge of the facilities. I can't imagine what response they'll give to this review, but I'm sure they'll come up with something. Nothing even remotely similar has ever happened before.
