Villa Gaia Truffle Experience

Overall, an experience not to be repeated. The house itself is good, with a very pretty garden and well-stocked facilities. Not recommended if you have pets like us. The villa indicates pets are allowed, but the host Giacomo was helpful at the first problem but responded unkindly. We requested extra sheets because we had a problem with our cat, and the host provided us with sheets that were certainly clean because they came from the laundry, but with stains. We ended up not using them fully, and he charged us additional fees. The same thing happened as soon as we left the apartment, with unjustified charges for pet hair. I wouldn't repeat the experience; poor management of the issues!

We stayed the weekend of December 8th and found the apartment well-heated, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were very comfortable. Giacomo was very helpful. We would recommend this apartment to everyone.

The apartment is very welcoming and has large bedrooms. The kitchen and living room create a very livable space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location offers tranquility and the possibility of walking to the town center. The hosts are courteous and available for any need. Recommended...
