Pit Stop

This isn’t a place for those walking La Francigena. It’s 40min off the track, hilly, and no direct route to/from. No nearby eateries. If you’re travelling by car, ok.

Fantastic... 3 minutes from the Vallelunga circuit and half an hour from Rome. Beautiful location, lovely garden, and large pool. Nicola, the owner, makes you feel right at home.

The room itself was clean, but not thoroughly so. The musty, damp smell was persistent, and even when I woke up, it immediately hit my nose. The breakfast was rather poor, and the setting was unsuitable. It's clear the place has seen better times; the ambiance is nice, but it's been left to decay over time, so the price isn't worth the quality. The only positive note was the owner's kindness.
