Hotel is well located a short walking distance from the sassi. Rooms are comfortable but require refreshments. Staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast is average, many sweet treats, missing good quality bread, olives, cheese etc. No problem with finding free street parking around the hotel.

Rooms are serviced daily and towels are changed. Reception staff as well as breakfast staff are friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast is average with many sweet treats, it can be improved by having better quality cheese and ham. It caters a lot to group travel as well as businessmen. Street parking around the hotel is available and free.

I love the hospitality in this hotel I was treated like a queen. Claudia warm my food up gave me water and help me fine a grocery store. I just want to say that all workers here in this hotel Alessio, Antonio, Gilbert, Claudia, and Ana gave me the best quality service. Domenico’s coffee was delicious. I’m so pleased with the hospitality that I’m planning to come back. The rooms were nice and clean and everything in order. Also, all of my questions were answered and they even made a tour reservation for me. All of my needs were met. I felt safe and happy here. I have it a 5 star.
